Australian Orders
For Australian orders under $250 AUD, a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 AUD applies.
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and are typically shipped within 1–4 business days of purchase. Where possible, we aim to dispatch orders the same day.
Our shipping fee reflects the cost of Australia Post prepaid satchels and includes a small handling charge for packing and processing your order. We don't believe in inflating postage costs and absorb any additional shipping expenses where parcel sizes exceed standard satchel limits.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow its journey.
International Orders
We proudly ship to riders around the world.
International shipping costs are calculated based on destination and parcel size and reflect current carrier rates. Delivery timeframes vary between countries and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services and transit conditions.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
